Fernando Di Grazia

I live in Itacaré, Bahia, where I found a way of life more connected with nature, what is essential, and myself.

This is where Casa Cura was born — a space for self-discovery, inner exploration and transformative experiences.

I am a therapist, and since 2017 I have been deepening a path that integrates different approaches to human development, spirituality and inner work.

My work is for people who wish to look within, recognise their patterns, understand what they feel and build a more conscious relationship with themselves and with life.

My approach emerged from the synthesis of a long journey of study, practice and personal experience.

It combines the depth of Pathwork® with different tools and approaches to self-discovery, including Nonviolent Communication (NVC), Family Constellations, Yoga, practices of presence and awareness, and experiences with ancestral medicines such as Ayahuasca and Rapé.

Forest medicines are part of my own journey and of the work developed at Casa Cura, always approached with respect, preparation, presence and integration.

Before choosing this path, I spent more than 15 years in the corporate world, working for major European, American and Asian multinational companies in purchasing, sales and international trade.

It was an important part of my development and also helped me realise that fulfilment and success cannot be reduced to results, productivity and processes.

Throughout that journey, I began to understand more deeply the importance of presence, empathy, connection with our feelings and creating a life that feels meaningful to the person living it.

The Turning Point

In 2017, I began a profound change of direction and started dedicating more and more of my energy to self-discovery and human development.

In 2020, during the pandemic, I moved to Bahia and became involved in running a holistic centre in Piracanga.

This experience deepened my relationship with spirituality, self-discovery practices and my work with individuals and groups.

It was from this journey that Casa Cura was later born.

Today, my work brings together everything I have learnt along the way: my experience in the corporate world, therapeutic practice, studies in human development, spirituality and a life lived in close contact with nature.

My purpose is to create spaces where people can pause, look within and develop a more truthful relationship with themselves.
