Personalised Ayahuasca Immersion in Itacaré

A deep self-discovery experience with Ayahuasca, Rapé and Sananga, surrounded by nature and with close personal guidance.

A three-day immersion for those who feel it is time to explore something in their lives more deeply, with close guidance, awareness practices and a personalised ceremony with forest medicines.

When I bring the truth
about myself into awareness,
I reclaim my power to choose.

The immersion was created to give you the time and space to look within more deeply — preparing, experiencing, reflecting and integrating whatever may emerge along the way.

The experience takes place individually or with a maximum of 2 participants and is personalised according to each person and their process.

After the immersion, there is also the option to book individual online therapeutic support separately to help integrate the experience.

Before the Immersion | Preparation and Exploration

The immersion begins before you arrive at Casa Cura.

The first step is to complete a detailed anamnesis form, which I carefully review before confirming your participation. Afterwards, we have a brief video call to get to know each other, answer any questions and better understand where you are in your life.

Once everything is aligned and your participation is confirmed, you receive a preparation form designed to help you begin exploring, even before your arrival, the intention you would like to bring into the immersion.

The invitation is to bring greater awareness to elements of your own story: recurring thoughts, beliefs, emotions, significant events, relationships and experiences that may help you understand what is alive within you today.

Your preparation may also include bringing a childhood photograph, a meaningful object or something connected to that period of your life. These may be used during the immersion as resources for accessing memories, emotions and aspects of your story that deserve to be explored with greater presence.

The work begins before the medicine.

It begins when you choose to look at yourself with greater honesty.

Day One | Arrival and Opening
Purpose: to arrive, slow down and create a conscious intention for the days ahead.

You arrive in the late afternoon, with transport from central Itacaré at around 4 pm.

Once at Casa Cura, you will have time to discover the space, settle in and gradually enter the rhythm of the immersion.

We then have an opening conversation to reconnect with the intention explored during your preparation and establish a direction for the work ahead.

Rapé may be part of this moment, if you choose, as a practice of presence and grounding.

Afterwards, we share a light meal and end the day with time for rest and quiet reflection.

The purpose of the first day is not to go deeply into everything straight away.

It is to arrive.

To arrive in the space, in your body, in the present moment and in whatever you have come to explore.

Day Two | Ceremony and Inner Journey

Purpose: to deepen the inner exploration with presence and awareness, allowing new perceptions and possibilities to emerge.

The preparation for the second day begins with a very light meal the evening before, helping prepare the body for the experience.

The ceremony is generally experienced while fasting, allowing you to arrive with a lighter body and your attention focused on the experience.

If you are not accustomed to fasting, you may have a small, light meal beforehand. The most important thing is to respect your body and arrive in a way that feels appropriate for you.

In the morning, at around 8 am, we leave for a waterfall near Casa Cura, creating time to connect with the water and the surrounding nature before the main experience of the day.

We return at around 10 or 11 am, when the ceremony begins.

The ceremony lasts approximately 6 to 7 hours and unfolds through three portals, with three moments of receiving the medicine.

The experience is not limited to music. Throughout the ceremony, I may incorporate meditation, breathwork, therapeutic guidance, movement, body-based and expressive practices, silence and other approaches that may support each participant's individual process.

The intention is to create space to look more deeply at what is alive within you, recognising layers, patterns, emotions and possibilities that may emerge during the experience.

At the end, we open a space for sharing and integration.

When there are two participants, each person has the opportunity to share what they experienced and listen to the other. When the immersion is individual, integration takes place through a conversation with me, exploring what was perceived, felt and experienced during the ceremony.

Listening is an important part of this process. Often, putting an experience into words helps us recognise its meaning more clearly and identify what we may wish to continue exploring.

Afterwards, a light meal is served, with soup, fruit, bread and other foods prepared for the end of the experience.

This is a time to nourish the body, rest and allow the experience to begin settling within you.

Day Three | Integration

Purpose: to integrate the experience and prepare the body and mind for the return to everyday life.

The morning is dedicated to final integration.

Depending on what feels appropriate for each experience, I may guide movement, emotional release practices or a yoga-inspired sequence, with an emphasis on presence, grounding and body awareness.

We also make time to talk about what you experienced, recognising what the immersion may have revealed and which aspects may deserve continued attention afterwards.

After a light breakfast, we bring the experience to a close.

Departure is around midday.

Ongoing Support and Integration

The experience does not necessarily end when you leave Casa Cura.

After the immersion, you may choose to book individual sessions with me separately to deepen and integrate what you experienced.

Some experiences continue to unfold for days or weeks. New perceptions may arise, along with questions, choices and possibilities that need time to be understood.

These sessions offer a space to explore what is emerging calmly, develop discernment and understand how what you experienced may relate to your everyday life.

The purpose is not to tell you which path to follow, but to support you in understanding what you perceived, felt and wish to build from the experience.

The immersion creates space to see. Integration helps transform what was seen into awareness and conscious choice.

Ongoing support is optional and booked separately according to your individual needs and interests.

Anamnesis and Safety

Care begins before you arrive at Casa Cura.

Before participating, you complete a detailed anamnesis form covering your current circumstances, physical, emotional and mental health, medications and other information relevant to the experience.

After reviewing your information, I arrange a brief video call so we can get to know each other, answer questions and discuss any relevant precautions, contraindications or individual considerations.

Participation is only confirmed when, based on the information provided, I consider that the experience can be undertaken responsibly. In circumstances involving potential risks or incompatibilities, participation may not be recommended.

For me, safety is not separate from the experience. It is part of it.

Each ceremony is prepared with respect for the medicines, the space and the person arriving. From the environment to the way the experience is guided, I pay attention to each detail to create a space of presence, trust and respect where you can experience the immersion with autonomy and awareness.

Throughout the immersion, you are always welcome to communicate your needs, discomfort or any change of mind. No practice is compulsory: the experience is guided through presence, dialogue and respect for each participant's boundaries.

Who Guides the Experience

I am Fernando Di Grazia, therapist and facilitator of Casa Cura.

My work integrates different approaches to self-discovery and personal development, including Pathwork, Ontological Coaching, Yoga, breathwork, meditation and body-based practices, alongside my work with forest medicines.

At Casa Cura, I guide each experience personally, respecting each person's circumstances, story and boundaries.

More than guiding a ceremony, my role is to create and hold a safe space where you can look within with presence, depth and autonomy.
